There are two common questions I hear from folks trying to land their first Product Manager jobs. ‘How do I get the skills I need to be a Product Manager?’ and ‘How do I break into Product Management if I don’t have experience?’. One great way you can do both at the same time are Rotational Product Manger Programs.

In this article I’ll break down Rotational Product Manager programs and details on how to apply for three popular ones.

Fun fact, I applied and interviewed for the Meta RPM program. I failed my interview miserably, did not get an offer but still became a Product Manager. Many roads to the same goal!
